Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager you are a fully dedicated business leader helping drive Journey by shaping product vision and sharing product magic. You own the complete product marketing experience from idea to enterprise, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners around the world to design, develop, launch and grow our products, services and user base. You are creative, analytical and detail oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. You’re an accomplished tech marketer with extensive campaign, creative production and business development experience.

You’ll be asked to

  • Manage and lead integrated full-funnel marketing activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product and related teams
  • Drive product launches, announcements, campaigns programs and initiatives
  • Own product naming, messaging, positioning and marketing creative
  • Influence product strategy, testing, research and content
  • Support product briefing, exploration, design, partnerships and events
  • Surface product opportunities and challenges

You’ll work with

You have

  • At least 5 years of Product Marketing experience
  • Product Marketing experience at world class technology brands and startups
  • Been exposed to product strategy, design and development principles and processes
  • Led global campaigns, communications and go-to-market initiatives
  • Managed creative agencies and led creative production
  • Driven business development deals and managed strategic partnerships and accounts
  • Conducted, synthesized and applied user insights, research and testing to marketing strategy
  • Worked extensively with legal, finance, operations, customer service and quality assurance
  • Recruited, managed and developed teams

You are

  • An accomplished writer, verbal communicator and presenter
  • An excellent program and project manager
  • Very familiar with copywriting, art direction and visual design principles
  • Proficient with creative production software (including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and Final Cut Pro)
